Adobe has announced that it is a launch partner for Google’s newest image model, Gemini 3 (Nano Banana Pro), which has launched and is now accessible to customers in Adobe Firefly and Photoshop – with unlimited generations for subscribers.
Adobe says the integration represents a significant moment in its partner model strategy to bring the industry’s top AI models into Adobe’s app ecosystem the moment they launch, so “customers can use the most advanced models paired with precision editing tools to create exactly what they envision“.
Nano Banana Pro joins a growing roster partner models across image, video, and audio, which today includes AI models from Black Forest Labs, ElevenLabs, Google, Ideogram, Luma AI, Moonvalley, OpenAI, Pika, Runway, and Topaz Labs.
Where Adobe customers can access Nano Banana Pro:
- Adobe Firefly: Available in Text to Image and inside Firefly Boards for concepting, moodboarding, and visual exploration.
- Photoshop: Nano Banana Pro is the newest model powering Generative Fill, enabling higher-quality, more realistic generations that can be refined using Photoshop’s layers, masks, and selections.
To help customers jump in with Nano Banana Pro, Adobe is offering unlimited image generations using Firefly and partner models — including Nano Banana Pro — in the Firefly app through December 1 (available to Creative Cloud Pro and Firefly plan subscribers).
“With Google’s Nano Banana Pro now in Adobe Firefly and Photoshop, we’re giving creators and creative professionals yet another best-in-class image model they can tap into alongside Adobe’s powerful editing tools to turn ideas into high-impact content with full creative control. It’s an exciting step in our partnership with Google to help everyone create with AI.” – Hannah Elsakr, vice president, New GenAI Business Ventures, Adobe
