Irdeto today announced that Zixi, the industry leader for enabling live broadcast-quality video delivery over any IP network, has integrated the Irdeto Control DRM service into its video delivery ecosystem. This integration marks the first deployment of Digital Rights Management (DRM) for Zixi, providing their 1,400+ customers with a seamless solution to securely deliver high-value content to end customers.

Zixi’s video delivery ecosystem, known for offering the Zixi Protocol, along with SDVP®, the most sustainable and cost-effective solution available, now gains an added layer of security through Irdeto Control. This integration enables Zixi to offer DRM to its vast network of media companies and technology partners, enhancing content security for high-value media assets that require stringent protection.
