DJI has announced the new DJI Zenmuse X9-8K Gimbal Camera, an all in one 8K cinema camera. According to the blurb I was sent – which so far is minimal – it offers cinematic imaging with 4 axis stabilisation, a detachable design and boasts LiDar focussing. Wireless transmission is built in too.

- Full frame 8K/60fps and 4K/120fps
- 800/400 Dual Native ISO
- Max 14.7 Stops of Dynamic range
- Built in 9 Stop Physical ND Filters
- DL/E/L/PL/M Interchnageable Lens Mount
- Autofocus on manual lenses and automated manual focus

Also announced is the Ronin 4D Flex for $1259
I don’t expect to have the chance to review the Zenmuse, but I have asked DJI for a look at the Flex.
