Drones have forever changed the way we are able to obtain video footage. I started 10 years ago with a (now) clunky Parrot drone, graduated to a GoPro Karma (which had a very sad, watery end in Hervey Bay, and now have a number of different models at my disposal from an Avata to a Mavic 3 Mini.
Long time writer since the original Australian Videocamera days, Dr David Smith from Melbourne based ImaginACTION is an expert drone flier, photographer and cinematographer, and has recently taken custody of the DJI MAVIC 3 Pro, a new-ish drone with not one but three lenses.
He has put together a video clip showing the capabilities of this drone, and what can be done in the right hands. And it magnificent!
