I have admired Anthony Horowitz for quite some years as a TV script writer. He did Foyle’s War, Jonathan Creek and Poirot for example among others.
But I have just binge watched (very unlike me) “Magpie Murders” on Britbox, and it is a must see for any aspiring writer on how to put together a script that keeps you guessing until the last minute of the 6 part series.
Check it out. Its a combo murder / time travelling thriller at its very, very best.
Trust me! It is brilliant!
