There are reports “in the trade” that Sennhesier is in trouble. Just to clear this up, there are TWO Sennheisers to all intents and purposes. The professional side that I report on (with occasional exception such as the mind blowing HDB630 headphones,) is the division that creates and markets all of the pro microphones, headphones etc.
The other Sennheiser is owned by Sanova, and only deals with the consumer side of things – and this is where the trouble is.
So if you are a pro muso, engineer, broadcast person or anyone esle who uses and trusts in Sennheiser professional products, there is NO issue I am guaranteed – and that guarantee is from the very, very top.
