I have been using a Loupedeck CT controller for a number of years now, especially with programs such as DaVinci Resolve, Chrome, Cinema 4D, Outlook, Excel and others more occasionally.
Recently though, all of my installed profiles simply vanished – which is a right pain in the bum I have to say.
I contacted one of the suppliers of the profiles, Sideshowfx who made the DaVinci Resolve profile – and it’s a huge extension of commands which we made a video tutorial / promo on a few years back – and they tell me they are scaling back their involvement since Logitech bought Loupedeck a while back.
I have contacted Loupedeck’s office in Denmark with no success as yet and have also just sent a note to Logitech’s PR rep in Australia, again with no reply so far.
On the same note, despite all efforts, I have still received no information from GoPro in the US and even their product distributor in Australia who contacted them on behalf has yet to get any reply.
