Back in 2019 and updated in 2023 I reviewed the software Teleprompter Pro that costs a miserable AUD$10 or so and gives you LOTS of features. If you are Windows based anyway.

A few weeks back I also reviewed the Elgato Teleprompter hardware which I also loved, and having used it more than a few times now, can attest to the fact it speeds up adding dialogue and face-to-camera clips immensely.

But I also mentioned the Elgato software for the Teleprompter was a little iffy, lacking a few things in my estimation.

So when I found it – by accident – last night that the Teleprompter Pro software works with the Elgato Teleprompter, I was ecstatic to say the least. I also learnt there is a Teleprompter + and I have asked the developer for a review copy.
