The long rumoured DJI AVATA 360 does exist and here is the proof. And my very first impressions.

As always, the DJI packaging is impeccable and everything bar the N3 Goggles and Motion Controller 3 are packed inside the main box and in a handy travel case in protective bags or seals, including all the cables and spare props etc we havecome to expect from DJI.
But as you can see from the photo below, for the first time that I am aware, DJI has also inclued a foldable landing pad, which I have to say is far better quality than the normal $30 odd one you can get from JB’s or elsewhere, and is a welcome addition. And as you can see, you get the RC-2 controler and 3 batteries with charging case.
I think the AVATA 360 is also physcally bigger than its predecessors going from memory. The attached photo shows it next to a Flip for comparison…It’s also now in the familar DJI grey as against the AVATA 2’s black livery.

Now to charge it all up, and do the usual firmware downloads and updates.
I’ll keep you posted.
